Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a Beatplan licence from beatplan.netlify.app. Beatplan is sold by Shaoor Ahmad, trading as Beatplan ("we"). Contact: beatplansales@gmail.com.

1. What you buy

A licence to the Beatplan software: the complete source code of a field sales and fleet management system (phone app, web console, database schema), with documentation and a setup guide. The tier you choose (Standard, Commercial or Agency) sets what you may do with it, as described on the product page and in the licence, which forms part of these terms.

2. Payment

Orders are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. It handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, and its own buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions.

3. Delivery

The download link is shown after payment and emailed to the address you give at checkout. You are responsible for keeping a copy.

4. Updates and support

Your licence includes all 1.x updates, published as new downloads. There is no support contract or service-level commitment. The documentation and setup guide are written so that you, your developers or an AI coding agent can install and run the software.

5. Refunds

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own hosting accounts (such as Supabase and the app stores), for securing your deployment, and for complying with the laws that apply to your use, including data-protection law. The licence does not permit use in Pakistan.

7. Liability

The software is provided as described in the licence. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
