Most field sales apps are built for door-to-door selling or generic CRM. A distributor's field team works differently: reps visit the same dealers on a plan, collect payments, take orders, meet end customers and drive company cars. Beatplan was built inside a distribution business for exactly that, and has run its field team every working day since November 2025.
What it covers
- Day plans: each rep's visits for the day, set by their lead.
- Verified visits: time-stamped and GPS-checked, with photos and notes, for dealer visits, customer meetings and sales calls.
- Collections: payments recorded against monthly and period targets, sent to Accounts for validation.

How you get it
Beatplan is sold as a one-time licence with the full source code. You set it up with your own ChatGPT, Claude or Codex using the guide in the download, on your own Supabase database, and publish the phone apps under your own company name. Prices: Standard $2,900 for your own company, Commercial $4,900 to deliver it to one client, Agency $12,900 for unlimited clients.
