Short answer: Beatplan lets reps book dealer orders and record payments with no signal. Every action is queued on the phone with a unique key and sent when coverage returns, so a retry never creates a second order. Orders then flow to review, dispatch and payment. It is sold once for US$2,900 with full source code.
Why offline is the hard part
Most rep apps work in the office and fail in a market or on a rural road. The real problems are retries and duplicates: a phone that sends the same order three times, or loses it when the app is closed. A proper offline queue stores each action on the device, retries safely, and shows the rep what has not been sent yet.
